Teach English High Level Canada

In teacher training we spent a lot of time on lesson planning. We were asked to literally write down the questions we would ask students and sum up possible answers. My first lesson plans were exactly the opposite of what I've learnt in this lesson. I might have thought it useful for the first few lessons, but soon became tired of it, because most of the process of lesson planning became more evident and I didn't feel the need to write down every word. I wrote more and more simple plans the years after until today my plan isn't a fully written out one anymore. I believe learner objectives are the most important, because that is after all what the lesson is all about. Today I am more of a note taker than a full lesson planner, the the full plan still exists in my head, even though I often change it while teaching the lesson.
